When to use super express
Standard production for most of our merchandise is two to three weeks. That works well when you plan ahead, but event schedules change. A new sponsor signs late, a shipment is delayed or the first batch of giveaways is gone by lunchtime on day one. Super express exists for those moments.
- Topping up stock mid-show: reorder bottles, bags or notebooks when a giveaway proves more popular than planned.
- Late sponsorship or partnership deals: get branded items into your booth when the agreement comes together close to the event.
- Replacing a delayed order: keep your booth on schedule if another supplier lets you down.
- Staff and speaker gifts: thank speakers, hosts and your team with a branded gift at short notice.
Tips for a smooth rush order
Send your logo as a vector file in AI or EPS format (we require vector artwork) so the proof can be made quickly. Keep the design simple, with one or two colours where possible, as simple artwork is the fastest to print. Order early in the week when you can, and tell us your exact delivery date and address in the first message.
