When should you order event merchandise?

Standard production takes around two to three weeks, plus delivery time to your event city. For a summit, we recommend sending your brief at least six weeks before the show. That leaves time to agree the product, approve a digital proof and handle shipping, customs and any changes. If you are closer to the date, speak to us as soon as you can. Many products have a faster option, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic. How to choose the right promotional items

Start with your goal. If you want maximum visibility, choose items that are worn or carried, such as lanyards, caps and bags. If you want to reward qualified leads, pick a premium item such as a bottle or notebook and hand it out in exchange for a conversation. If you want to reach a large crowd on a small budget, pens, wristbands and drawstring bags give you the most impact per euro. Then think about your audience, your booth message and how you want the item to be used after the event. Artwork: we need a vector logo (AI or EPS)

To print your logo cleanly at any size, we require artwork as a vector file in AI or EPS format. Vector files keep sharp edges on lanyards, wristbands, bottles, caps and every other product, which PNG, JPG and standard PDF files cannot guarantee. If you only have a different format, ask your designer for an AI or EPS export of the logo, or tell us and we will advise.
